ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING

The rotogravure printing process ensure  the best quality for printing flexible packaging materials such as monofilm, coex or laminated films and paper.
This process is reliable as the printing quality is unchanged after millions meters printed
The machines are easy to set and to operate.
Water base or solvent base inks can be used without limitation.
 
DCM USIMECA have a long experience in developing rotogravure presses and can offer today two models to cover the converters needs.
 
The BIVA rotogravure press, designed for narrow web application up to 800 mm,  is specially adapted for cosmetic applications, shrinkable films (PVC, PET, OPS, PLA) for sleeve labels and many other applications requesting short and medium runs.    
 
The BRIO and BORA rotogravure presses are designed with standard trolleys for web width between 1000 mm and 1400 mm. The machines are strongly built and suitable for long runs.
