A NEW REJECTOR UNIT AS QUALITY INSURANCE

This equipment is made to eliminate the bad printed blanks from the production.

The rejection unit can be placed after any cutting system, Rotary cutter or flat-bed platen, and before conveyor belt or stacker.

It is used:

• To remove automatically the bad printed blanks according to a signal from   a full inspection camera system.
• To remove the blanks during the machine start-up or the stacker start up.
• To remove blanks from the line while the operators are cleaning or   adjusting the stacker.
• To collect samples for quality control.
• To remove batches of bad quality blanks during the production.
