SUCCESSFUL STRATEGY for H.G. WEBER / HOLWEG

In December of 2007, the DCM Group acquired H.G. Weber & Co. Inc. located in Kiel, Wisconsin, USA. The most important objective of this transaction was to develop a concise and comprehensive strategy between HOLWEG and H.G. Weber as both companies serve the world-wide paper converting industry specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery for the production of paper bags.

The machine product range for each company and the markets that each company serves are remarkably complimentary and highly synergistic. The planned goal of having both companies working in unison is rapidly being achieved and now paying valuable dividends as witnessed by the fact that HOLWEG has successfully sold H.G. Weber machines in Poland, France, and Spain; while H.G. Weber has impressively sold HOLWEG machines in China, Japan, and North America.

The vision is clear and the future is bright for our two sister companies serving the paper converting industry.
