For the Converters and label printer to emboss themselves the paper is more economic and give flexibility for the production.

The embossing can be performed in line with the printing or off line before label cutting. It ensure a light and continuous embossing of the paper used for label or the paper used for inside cigarettes packaging fields.

The unit is equipped with edge guide.

It is composed of one embossing cylinder and one counter pressure cylinder in carton or in composite, both mounted in a cassette easy to install and to remove thank to a built in crane.

Both cylinders are driven by motor and synchronised with the other equipment of the converting line.
