BORACOAT

The BORACOAT is an offline gravure coating unit designed for the Flexo printer who wish to print one colour on the reverse side or coat cold seal in register.

THE BORACOAT :

• Gravure unit with sleeve impression roller
• Trolley type coating unit
• Dryer in two hoods, 3,4 m or 4,5 m long
• Infeed nip and Electronic registered control
• Single unwind/rewind or turret type

APPLICATIONS :

• Registered cold seal coating
• Registered hot melt coating
• One colour reverse printing
• Lacquering or varnishing

Coating width: 800/1000/1200 mm

Max Production speed: 200m/min

Print repeat 350 to 800 mm

Heating temperature: 40- 120°C

Drying air flow: up to 6000 m3/h
